Brevity Support Coordination Updates September 2024

We are extremely excited to announce the general release of our September 2024 Support Coordination updates that includes several new major features. We have incorporated feedback from customers that help simplify your workflows, makes managing participant services easier, and provides better tools for managing day-to-day tasks.

NDIS API Integration

We have enhanced our NDIS systems integration for Support Coordinators via our NDIS API integration. This includes a revamped budget sync with a live budget utilisation view as well as an updated goal sync.

You must register for NDIS API access to enable the sync. You must also have consent to view the participant budgets as the Support Coordinator in order to access this information via the API.

Enabling Sync

The live sync can be enabled via the Organisation Setting page. You can enable the Budget Sync and optionally the Goal Sync.

Budget Sync

Once enabled the system will automatically sync the plans and plan budgets from PRODA to Brevity. A record will be created for each plan under the Care Management > Support Coordination area. This information will also be visible within the new portal, within the Plan Overview tab, and will also generate notifications on the Homepage within the portal.

Goal Sync

You can also optionally enable the goal sync, which will sync the goals from the NDIS plan to Brevity. This will create new records within the Goal section on the client profile. These goals are also viewable on the client profile within the portal.

Support Coordinator Portal

We have released a revamped app for Support Coordinators. We have drastically improved the user experience to ensure pertinent information is easily accessible while still making available all required features. We have also added richer experience via our NDIS API integration.
