Extend a B2B Device Expiry

This guide will help you through the steps required to extend your B2B Device expiry to ensure uninterrupted access to the NDIS API.

The device expiry can only be extended if the device is Active. If the device has already be expired you will need to Generate New Device Activation Code and reactivate in Brevity

 

  1. Login to PRODA via the URL below:
    https://proda.humanservices.gov.au/prodalogin/pages/public/login.jsf

  2. Navigate to the Organisations link in the top right once logged in



  3. Click on your Organisation name within the list to open the record.



  4. Next expand the B2B Devices section and click the the B2B Device that you wish to extend the expiry for.



  5. Within the Device Management click the Extend B2B Device Expiry button to extend the device expiry.
