Authorising Support Access
Authorise the Brevity support team to access your Brevity to assist with your question / concern. You can do this by clicking on the user on the upper right.
You will see the option Authorise Support Access. Click on the option from the sub menu to start authorising the support desk access.
To create an access, click on the add new button on the upper right to add the access to your Brevity.
Select the Expiry date of the Brevity support access. Once you have set the date, click on the add button.
Click on OK button to add the access
Revoking the Access
If the support has been finished or you wanted to revoke the support team access, you just need to click on the revoke button and it will remove the support team access.
