Brevity Core Updates August 2021

This article highlights the features updates made to the Brevity portal as part of our August 2021 update.

Attachments on Approve Timesheets

An indicator has been added to shifts on the Approve Timesheet screen to indicate if attachments have been uploaded via the mobile app (if the Mobile App File Upload feature has been enabled).

You are also able to view the attachments by double-clicking into the timesheet and clicking on the View shift files link

Quick Action when Approving Timesheets

A quick action checkbox was added to set the travel and transport option to yes or no by clicking the checkbox above the list.

Billable Hours and “On Offer” Indicators on Schedule Board

A billable hour indicator has been added to the schedule for organisation the utilise the non-billable feature in Brevity.

An “On Offer” section has been added to the Employee view on the Schedule Board to show which shifts have been made available for staff to pick up via the mobile app.

Location Map Report

A location map was added to allow you to see where your clients and employee are located for resource planning. It allows you to gauge if you have sufficient amount of staff in an area to service clients without staff need to travel. It allows for filtering on organisation branch, funding source and service categories. Please note that the information will take a few minutes on first load while addresses are geocoded.

Service History Improvements

The Service History tab on the client profile has been enhanced to include a search feature and a list view. This allows for more easily locating entries and shift notes.
