Branch Rostering

Brevity has the capability to show all employee that could be working with the client on the same branch. This is set to Yes by default to prevent employee from other branch to be rostered on another branch. Branch Rostering is applicable to organisation that has two or more branches that has been setup in Brevity.

Setting the employee for branch rostering

If the employee should be working from multiple branch, you need to add the branch that they could be assign to. You could do this by going to employee from main menu and then clicking on employee from sub menu.

You will be directed to your list of employee. You could use the search box to search for the employee that you wanted to set to other branches. Then double click on the employee from the list.

You will see a section for Branch Rostering. Click on the chain icon to link the employee to a different branch.

You will see the link of Branches that has been setup in your Brevity. Click on the branch from the list so that the employee could be also used as a employee roster from that Branch

Unlinking the employee from other branch

If you wanted to remove the employee from other branch rostering, you could do this by clicking on the unchain icon.

This will remove the employee to be rostered on that Branch. You could just use the employee under the branch that you have set from their profile.

Disabling Branch Rostering

You could disable the branch rostering in Brevity. This will let you select any employee from different branches. You could disable the branch rostering by going to Administration from main menu and then click on branch setup from sub menu.
