Bulk Change Service Types

This article explains how to replace a Service Type for client funding records and service schedules in bulk. This is usually required when NDIS phases out use of line items or replace them with alternate line items, and you need to bill under the new line items from a particular date onward.

Instructions

Please follow these steps to bulk change the Service Type. 

• To access the change pricelist function, under the Administration menu, select the Change Service Type option
  

• On the Change Service Type page, you will need to select the Service Type that you would like to switch from and to, and also the Effective Date for the switch. 

•  This will show for you the list of clients that have this Service Type on their funding. You can select from the list the Client Funding records you want to apply the change to. 
  
  
  
  
• Once you are happy with your selection you can click the Change Service Type button to add the new Service Type to the selected Client Funding records to the selected records and update the shifts rosters to use the new Service Type from the selected Effective Date onward.
