Support at Home PRODA B2B Device Registration

This guide will help you through the steps required to enable Support at Home API access for connection via your Brevity system.

Only company Directors (as registered with ASIC) will have access to the Organisation section within PRODA. Please ensure you have the appropriate level of access in PRODA to be able to complete these steps.

Login to PRODA via the URL below:

Navigate to the Organisations link in the top right once logged in
Ensure your organisation is linked on this screen. If not you can Join an Organisation if your colleague has registered the organisation previously, otherwise you will need to Register New Organisation – when registering your organisation it is important to use the ABN that is linked to registered organisation.
Click on your Organisation name within the list to open the record.
Next expand the Service Provider section, click the Add Service Provider button, select Aged Care API (B2G) from the options that will appear, then scroll down and click the Add Service Provider button. The selected Aged Care API (B2G) option will show in the list if done correctly.
Next expand the B2B Devices section and click the Register New B2B Device.
Within the Device Name field enter your Brevity company code prefixed by ‘brv_’ e.g. brv_sample and click the Register Device button to create the device.
This will generate an activation code. Copy and paste the Device Name, Device Activation Code and PRODA RA information that you copied earlier (as show below) to the Support at Home API activation screen within Brevity. You can click the Activate button within Brevity to save the information.
