Plan Management Updates May 2025
This article highlights the new features and updates made to the Plan Management module as part of our May 2025 release.
Update includes the much requested self-service ability for providers to check the status of their invoices, and other Support Coordinator portal improvements.
Provider Invoice Payment Status Self-service
We have developed a new feature that allows providers to check the payment status of their invoices. Providers are able to do this via the unique url that includes your company code (as below).
https://pmportal.brevity.com.au/InvoiceCheck?code={your_company_code}
Providers are able to access this portal using the email address they have registered with you (the email they receive remittances on) to access their information.
Once logged in they are able to see all invoices for the email address along with the payment status.
Budgeting Tool
We have developed a new budgeting tool that will be available within the Support Coordinator portal and the Core application. The budgeting tool allows the cost of services to be calculated over a set period. This quote can then be exported to PDF and printed.
Request Participant File Access
A new feature has been added to the Support Coordinator portal that allows the Support Coordinator to request access to participant plans managed by you.
The request will be sent as an email but will also shown on the dashboard.
This will allow you to review and approve/deny the request.
Participant Referrals
A new feature has been added to the Support Coordinator portal that allows the Support Coordinator to refer participants that are looking for a plan manager.
The request will be sent as an email but will also shown on the dashboard.
This will allow you to convert to either a Lead or Client record.
