Cannot Access Brevity Account

If you tried to access your Brevity account and it is showing you the Brevity Page, this means that there are unpaid amount of invoice that needs to be settled. Our management has temporarily disabled your Brevity account that is why you cannot access it.

To fix this, you need to send us a request on support@brevity.com.au so we could give you temporary access to your Brevity account.

Paying your Pending Invoices

You could temporarily access your Brevity account in two different steps. Take note that the access will be available for the next 24 hours. Within this time period, you need to pay your pending invoices. If you don’t pay your invoices, it will revert to lock status and you need to contact the support team again.

Using Private Browsing Window

You could access your Brevity account if you open an incognito window. There are different ways to open the incognito window and it depends on your browser. Our example will use a chrome browser.

You could open the incognito window by right clicking on the browser icon from the taskbar and then clicking the new incognito window.

You could also click on the 3 dots on the upper right corner of the browser and then click on new incognito window

You could see the table below on what it is called in every Browser. You could use the shortcut keys in opening the window by using your keyboard.

You need to be in the browser before you could do the shortcut key. It will not open the window if you are not in the browser.

Using ?login

You could use your normal browser window. You could access your Brevity account by adding the ?login at the last part of your Brevity address.

For Example, you are using trial1.brevity.com.au in opening your account. You just need to add the ?login at the end so you could temporarily access your account. If you add the ?login, the address that you will use is trial1.brevity.com.au?login

Paying the Invoice

You could pay the invoice using your Brevity software. You could follow the guide Brevity Billing Portal (https://brevityau.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BS/pages/193003765 ) to see how you could pay your Brevity account. You could click on pay now to pay the pending invoices for your Brevity account.

If you cannot pay using your Brevity Software, you could send us an email to support@brevity.com.au so we could assist you on different ways in how you could pay your invoices. But we have strongly suggested to pay it using your Brevity Software as this will make your account activated as soon as you pay the invoice.

Activating your Brevity

You need to clear your browser’s cache so your browser could clear your browser’s cache. Clearing the browser’s cache depend on the browser that you are using. You could use the shortcut “Ctrl +H” to quickly open your browser’s history.

After clearing the browser’s cache, you need to add the ?login at the end of your Brevity address. Your browser will get the file from Brevity that your Brevity account is already reactivated.

The trial1 on the link above is your company code. You just need to change the trial1 to your company code when you want to access your Brevity
