Adding a Funding Code

If you created a service type and the funding code cannot be found, you can create a new funding code for the service type. Funding codes are required when claiming from NDIS.

You can reach this page by going to the administration from the main menu and then clicking on the service types from the sub menu.

You can search for the service type that you wanted to create a funding code. Double click on the service type to edit the service type.

If there is no funding codes for the service type under the funding codes table, click on the + sign to create a new funding code.

From the codes section, if you try to look for a code and it said "no results found", you can add a new funding code by clicking on the + sign from the lower right portion of the field.

It will open the Funding Source Pricelist page. Fill in the details for the service type which can be found from NDIS website.

After filling in the details for Funding code, click on the save button to create a new funding code.

After creating a new code, click on the close button to return to the New funding source code. You can type the code on the field and Brevity will look up for the code you created. Click on the code to link the code to the service type. Do this to the other field if the service type has after hours rates.
