The following is a summary of the elements and fields configured in the PM Claim Batch:
New Batch: This icon identifies a new PM Claim Batch has not yet been submitted through to the NDIS. Status on the batch will be reflected as NEW.
Claim Submitted: This icon identifies two stages in managing the PM Claim Batch, firstly that the batch has been submitted through to the NDIS for processing. Moving the batch through to this stage is undertaken by clicking the Submit Claim icon. Status on the batch will be reflected as CLAIMED. The second stage is the automatic receipt of the PM Claim Batch remittance, upon receipt the batch status will be set to REMITTANCE PROCESSED.
ABA Downloaded: This icon identifies that an ABA file has been downloaded. The batch status will be set as ABA Downloaded.
Remittance Sent: This icon identifies that the provider remittance has been generated. The batch status will be set as Provider Remittance Sent.
Name: This field identifies the batch name.
Status: This field identifies the status of the PM Claim Batch.
Invoice Count: Read only field providing a count of invoices processed within the PM Claim Batch.
Batch total: Read only field providing a total $ amount of invoices processed within the PM Claim Batch.
Invoice Count: Read only field providing a count of invoices processed within the PM Claim Batch.
Payment Amount Received: Read only field providing a total $ amount of invoices remitted back into the PM Claim Batch from the remittance received from the NDIS.
Batch Total: Read only field providing a total $ amount of invoices processed within the PM Claim Batch.
Invoices with Rejections: Count of invoices rejected on receipt of the remittance.
Balanced: This field allows the Plan Manager mark the PM Claim Batch as balance Batch total = Payment Amount Received.
Unclaimed tile: This tile will list a count and $ total of invoices in the PM Claim Batch that have not been claimed. Clicking this tile will filter the invoices with the batch, displaying unclaimed invoices, which would be applicable to the entire batch.
Partially Paid tile: This tile will list a count and $ total of invoices that have been remitted back as partially paid. Clicking this tile will filter the invoices with the batch, displaying only invoices partially paid.
Paid tile: This tile will list a count and $ total of invoices that have been remitted back as paid. Clicking this tile will filter the invoices with the batch, displaying only those invoices that are paid.
Gap tile: This tile will list a count and $ total of invoices that have been remitted back with a gap being the batch and remittance totals. Clicking this tile will filter the invoices with the batch, displaying invoices with a remittance gap, displaying only those invoices that have a gap, specifically invoices partially paid.
Rejected tile: This tile will list a count and $ total of invoices that have been remitted back as rejected. Clicking this tile will filter the invoices with the batch, displaying only those invoices that have been rejected.
Cancelled tile: This tile will list a count and $ total of invoices that have been cancelled either prior to or after submitting the PM Claim batch/receipting the remittance from the NDIS. Clicking this tile will filter the invoices with the batch, displaying only those invoices that have been cancelled.
Overpayment tile: This tile will list a count and $ total of invoices that have been remitted back that have been overpaid. Clicking this tile will filter the invoices with the batch, displaying only those invoices that have been subject to an over-payment.
On Hold tile: This tile will list a count and $ total of invoices that have been placed on hold. Clicking this tile will filter the invoices with the batch, displaying only those invoices that have been subject to being placed On Hold.
Search: This field is used to search for an invoice by specifying a value that corresponds across any of the columns within the invoice listing. The Invoice listing will update to list records that match the search criteria.
Invoice Listing: The record grid lists the invoices that have been assigned into the claim batch or are reflective of any filtering that has been applied.
Batch File name: This information is listed from the claim batch name field.
Submit Claim: This button is used to submit the claim batch through api to the NDIA for processing.
Send Remittance: This button is used to present the Send Remittance page.
ABA Summary: This button is used to generate a summary of the invoices within the batch that have been included into the ABA file.
Download ABA File: This button is used to download the ABA file.
Lock Batch: This button is used to lock the claim batch at the conclusion of processing.
Bulk Cancel Invoices: This button will cancel all invoices within the batch. This action will result in a reversal of the invoice.
Change Invoice Status: This button is used to adjust the status on one or more invoices within the claim batch.
Download Claim File: This button is used to download the claim file.
Deactivate: This button is used to set the claim batch to inactive.
Check for Pending Payment Invoices: This button is used to check for payments that had not been previously processed through the remittance and have been marked by the NDIA as being on hold.
Reconcile Brevity Batch: This button provides a download that allows for the claim batch to be reconciled based upon the claim batch submitted and the remittance processed back into brevity through the api.
