Goal Template records within are accessed through the Administration > 11. Goal Templates sub-menu. Goal templates allow you to list the tasks the client must work through to achieve their stated goal.

Goals can either be generic for all clients or specific with the needs of an individual client. When registering client specific goals it is recommended that you include the particulars of the client in the goal name. Goal templates and applicable tasks once associated with a client are accessible through the Brevity Care Mobile application for actioning by the organisations community care workers.
