Introduction

The Plan Spend and Forecast chart is located within the Plan Management record. This chart provides you with a graphical representation of plan utilisation. The chart presents actual spend and forecast utilisation on the plans budget categories that comprise the overall CORE support budget as well as individual capacity building and capital support budget categories.

The plan’s budget utilisation by plan spend and forecast spend is reflected by two colours as showing in the graphic below. The budget spend and forecast is reflected both as percentage and currency values. The chart also presents a percentage of time consumed in relation to the budget based upon the delays elapsed from the plan start date.
