The following information provides an overview on the Utilisation of the Plan Budget
Tracking budget utilisation on the Plan Management record is managed through the Plan Spend and Forecast chart. The utilisation chart lists the planned and forecast spend by service booking category and plan time remaining, with an exclusion of improved life choices category. To review statistical information applicable with the plan and forecast spend bars, hover your mouse over the individual service booking categories.
The utilisation chart is applicable to participant plans regardless of whether they are managed through the NDIS API. Please note that for PACE plans the chart will not display any spend and forecast data.
