This page provides an overview of the client service history within the Brevity Care mobile application.

Introduction

The shift tab allows the client to review upcoming, have been completed, unconfirmed or are scheduled for that day. These shift categories can be accessed by selecting the applicable shift tab within the dashboard.

Reviewing shifts

Please observe that scheduled services for the day are reported under the dashboard tab. To review the particulars of a completed or upcoming client service observe the following steps:

To review the particulars of an upcoming service tap the upcoming tab, slide the screen to the relevant shift and tap the icon to open the shift summary screen.
To review the particulars of a completed service tap the completed tab and slide the screen to the relevant shift and tap the icon to open the shift summary screen.
To review the particulars of any unconfirmed service (not yet assigned a support worker) tap the unconfirmed tab and slide the screen to the relevant shift and tap the icon to open the shift summary screen.

Navigating the Shift view page

The fields and labels that comprise the Service view page include:

Service Type: This label provides a description of the service being delivered.
Support Worker: This label lists the name of the support worker.
Service Date: This label lists the date that the service was/will be delivered.
Time: This label lists the start and end times of the service.
Service: This specifies the service type being delivered.
Start time: This specifies the start time of the delivered service.
End Date: This specifies the date on which the service ends.
End Time: This specifies the end time of the delivered service.
Hours: This specifies the total number of hours within the service.
Activity: This specifies a description of the activities underta
