Client Dashboard

 

This page provides an overview of the client dashboard within the Brevity Care mobile application.

Introduction

The dashboard is the default page that the client sees once they have logged into the Brevity Care mobile application. The information listed within the Dashboard will depend upon whether the client is plan managed or in receipt of direct services.

  • For clients that are either Plan Managed or on a cash arrangement with the provider organisation the dashboard displays information related with the asat values of the individual plan category budget as well as invoices prepared against the plan that are awaiting approval or have been approved or rejected. The display of Plan Balance financials is configured on the branch record by setting the “Show Client Plan Balances” to Yes. To suppress the display of Plan Balance financials set the “Show Client Plan Balances” to No. If configured through the clients plan management record, the plan balance will also show provider allocated balances.

  • For clients that are Direct Service the dashboard displays information related the clients services of support (current, upcoming, unconfirmed and completed), Date of their agreement, the services being delivered and associated budget and the asat state of the client funding.

 


The following information provides a summary of the key features on the Client Dashboard for direct service and plan managed clients

Direct Service client Dashboard

 

  1. User Options: Provides the client with access to the User Options screen, where they can

    1. make adjustments to the services shown by varying the From Date and To Date. 

    2. undertake a password change

    3. log out from the application

  2. Company name: This lists the organisation name that is delivering their supports and services.

  3. Notifications: Alerts set through the schedule board that relate with one or more of the scheduled supports and services, these can relate to new services registered for the client or variations in time and assignment to existing ones.

  4. Shift Navigation: You can see different shifts in this section. This allows you to open upcoming shifts, completed shifts and shifts that have not yet been assigned to a support worker. 

  5. Shift Panel: This section shows you the shifts that are scheduled, broken down by 24 hour period. This panel displays the service being delivered, the time of the service (start and end times) and the support worker delivering the service.

  6. Client funding: This is the funding of the client, broken down by total budget , available and utilised, the particulars of the service agreement period and the services and supports being delivered with their associated budgets.

  7. Navigation Panel: You can use this panel to do different tasks within the applications. 

Plan Managed client Dashboard

 

 

  1. User Options: Provides the client with access to the User Options screen, where they can

  2. Company name: This lists the organisation name that is managing their plan.

  3. Notifications: Alerts set through the schedule board that relate with one or more of the scheduled supports and services, these can relate to new services registered for the client or variations in time and assignment to existing ones, this would be applicable with a client that is on a cash arrangement. This feature is not applicable for plan managed clients.

  4. Invoice Navigation: You can see your invoices by status. This allows you to review invoices awaiting approval, approved and rejected. 

  5. Plan Balances: This is the funding of the client, broken down by service booking. Each service booking category will list the total budget and amount still available. Budget utilisation will be reflected as a percentage. The Plan balance will also include provider budgets, where these have been configured against the plan. Providers budgets will be reflected be service booking category grouped by provider. These budgets will list the total budget and amount still available. Budget utilisation will be reflected as a percentage.

  6. Navigation Panel: You can use this panel to do different tasks within the applications.
