The PM Notifications Dashboard provides the Plan Manager with an interface that allows for the dispatch of notifications to participants based upon the budget and invoice parameters of Plan Time Remaining, Budget Spent, Budget Over Utilisation, Budget Under Utilisation and No of days since last processing an Invoice.

The Plan Manager is provided with an notification settings interface that allows for the existing content of the notification to be reviewed and modified if required. Participant notifications as per the above parameters are available for output in the format of a pmnotifications.csv to enable a review by the Plan Manager.

 

Navigating PM Notifications Dashboard

The PM Notifications Dashboard is comprised of two screens, that include the Dashboard and the Dashboard Settings.

  1. Days: This field is used to exclude notifications from being sent to the participants based upon the the number of days values listed.

  2. Plan Time Remaining: This field is used to exclude notifications from being sent that have time renaming on the plan that exceeds the value listed.

  3. Budget Spend: This field will either hide or make visible the Budget Spend column, to apply the change to the notifications view click the SEARCH button.

  4. Over Utilisation %: There are two aspects to this field. Firstly this field will either hide or make visible the Over Utilisation column, to apply the change to the notifications view click the SEARCH button. Secondly set the field value to display plans that are exceeding the amount specified. Plans returned will also take into consideration the % value specified within the Plan Time Remaining field.

  5. Under Utilisation %: There are two aspects to this field. Firstly this field will either hide or make visible the Under Utilisation column, to apply the change to the notifications view click the SEARCH button. Secondly set the field value to display plans that are not exceeding the amount specified. Plans returned will also take into consideration the % value specified within the Plan Time Remaining field.

  6. Invoice Days: This field is used to exclude notifications from being sent, where invoices have not been processed against the plan within the xX number of days.

  7. Search: This object will make visible or hide the Budget Spent, Over Utilisation and Under Utilisation columns and display plans per the % values set within the Budget Spent, Over Utilisation, Under Utilisation and Invoice Day fields.
