Scheduling Services on a Public Holiday

Brevity does not prevent client services from being posted onto the schedule board for periods of public holidays, however for a service to be scheduled and a staff member rostered, the service applicable under the client funding record that is being scheduled must have the public holiday rate flag set to YES.
