Changes from Normal Brevity to Enterprise Brevity
There are additional features in the Enterprise Brevity that will let you manage the client and employee. The main function of the enterprise version is to separate the record view that each employee could access in your main Brevity. This will allow you to provide an access to just a specific branch and team for the employee to access.
Switching Branch & Team
The Switching of Branch and Team will just show you all the client and employee that is under that branch and team. If you select a branch, you could only see the records under that branch. You could access this by clicking on the user on the upper right of the main Brevity software to see the new option.
Search function
This is the function where you could search the record of the client / employee and Brevity will tell you what branch they belong to and other basic information of the client / employee. If you click on the client / employee name, this will also let you preview the record without the need to go to another page
Branch and Team
When you open the client / employee record, Brevity will give you an option to assign the Client / employee from a specific branch. This is the branch selector where you could see the record. This could be seen under the client / employee name from the upper left portion of the client / employee record.
Take note that you cannot re set the employee’s branch to “All Branch”. The employee’s record should have a branch so Brevity will know where will be the employee’s schedule branch.
Manage Login
When you assign the employee’s login, you could set what branch and team that they could access in your main Brevity software.
Once you have set their login and branch, they could only see the records from that branch. Other records from other branch will be hidden from the employee’s access.
The assign Branch and Team will only affect all the users that will be accessing your main Brevity. This does not apply to employees that could only access the Brevity portal and Brevity mobile app.
