Document Preview
This page provides an overview on navigating the Document Viewer.
The document module is supported by an in-built document viewer that allows you to easily view files, without needing to download proprietary software, for example adobe reader.
Document view features
Object Name | Object Description |
---|---|
First | This object advances you to the first page. |
Previous | This object advances you to the preceding page. |
Next | This object advances you to the proceeding page. |
Last | This object advances you to the last page. |
Zoom In | This object increases size of current page in increments. |
Zoom Out | This object decreases current page in increments to display multiple pages if these are present within the file. |
100% | This object increases the page . |
25% | This object decreases current page in increments to display multiple pages if these are present within the file. |
Thumbnails | This object displays multiple pages if present within the file as thumbnails on the left side of the document viewer. |
Splitter | This object displays a vertical bar between the current page and page thumbnails located on the left side of the document viewer. |
Fit Type | This object lists options to determine whether the page(s) fit by width or height. |
Thumbnail Size | This object lists options to determine the size of the thumbnails located on the left side of the document viewer. |
Open | This object provides access to View Document form to allow for a document to be read either from file explorer or from the web. The document displayed is only open temporarily whilst the document viewer is open. It is not saved into the document folder. |
Save as | This object allows the file displayed within the document viewer to be saved in PDF or DCN format. |
This object allows the file displayed within the document viewer to be sent to a printer or saved as a PDF file. |
