Navigating the Bulk SMS Notification form

The following is an outline of the fields that comprise the Bulk SMS Notification form:

• SMS credit alert: This information panel provides you with a running total of SMS credits remaining.

• SMS Template: This is a drop down field that lists existing SMS template.

• SMS Group: This is a drop down field that lists defined SMS notifications groups. Selecting an SMS group will refresh the recipient listing.

• Subject: This field is used to specify the subject of the SMS notification.

• SMS Text: This field is used specify the particulars of the SMS that you will send to either your employee(s) or client(s). Data is auto populated from the selected SMS Template.

• Save Template changes: This button is used to save changes that have been made to the selected SMS template, so that they can be available for use again.

• Send: Selecting this button will send the SMS notification to the selected recipients.

• Recipient list: This data grid lists either the client(s) or employee(s) that can receive email. This grid is created on load of the page. Recipients listed are influenced by the selected SMS Group. Data listed within the grid includes recipient name and phone number.
