Introduction

Pay Rate Loading records are accessed through the Administration > 8. Pay Rate Loading sub-menu. Loading’s are the penalties that are paid in addition to the base hourly rate for casual and part time employees in accordance with the rates listed within the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award [MA000100] pay guide.
