Utilising a Policy for Shift Cancellation

This page overviews the utilisation of a cancellation policies against a client service.

To apply a policy when cancelling a client shift observe the following steps:

  1. Select the client shift followed by selecting the Cancel Selected Shifts icon located at the bottom right of the Schedule Board. Brevity will present to the Cancel Shifts page.

  2. Select the Cancellation Policy that will be applied against the client shift.

  3. From the drop down list select the applicable cancellation reason.

  4. Input comments as to why the client shift is being cancelled, this information will be reflected in the shift notes field of the client service schedule record.

  5. Click the Cancel Shifts button , to update the schedule status to cancel.
