Navigating the Qualifications form

This page provides an overview of the Qualification form.

The following is an outline of the fields that comprise the Qualification page:

  •  Type: This is a drop down field that lists the qualification category.

  • Name: This field is used to input the name of of the qualification record that will be selected when assigning the record against the employee position.

  • Description: This field is used to input a narrative as to the qualification purpose. Input is optional.

  • Employees: This record grid lists the employees who have had the qualification assigned into the employee ~ qualification record grid.
