Upload Letter Head Image

The Branch record supports the attachment of image files. The image file is reflected within the header of the reports accessed through the Client and Employee reporting menu and the plan management funding and supplier remittance statements.

To upload an image to the branch record click the BROWSE button, search and selected the nominated image file. The accepted image file formats are JPEG, PNG or BMP, however for best quality of the letterhead Brevity recommends jpeg with a white background with dimensions 600px x 400px. The system will automatically resize to the required pixel size when uploading.
