Introduction

The Plan Management form is supported by a service bookings function that enables the plan manager to keep the brevity service booking budgets, including stated items in sync with PRODA. The sync can also support updates to the plan record when there have been plan extensions. It is to be noted that this plan management feature is ONLY AVAILABLE to those plan managers that are managing participant plans through the NDIS API.

Errors

Any errors encountered when accessing the service booking form will be caused by either the plan not existing within the NDIS or Brevity being unable to match a plan based on the core participant details such as name, date of birth, or NDIS number.

Service Booking Information

The information contained within the service booking form is outlined below

Client	Client given name, surname and record number assigned to the plan record.
Plan Dates	Plan start and end dates as reported by the NDIS.
ID	A value reported by the NDIS that references the provider
Dates	Plan start and end dates as reported by the NDIS.
Product Category	Budget category that is reported against the plan record.
Items	Item number for stated items.
Quantity	Displays the quantity as 1.
Period	Release period notes as reported by the NDIS.
Budget	Product budget.
Released	$value associated with the product category that has been released that is equal with the budget $value.
Remaining	Balance remaining against the budget category.

Resync of Brevity Budgets

To keep the service booking budgets in syn, select the Resync Brevity Budgets. Once the sync has been successful your will be advised with the following notification.

Brevity performs a nightly resync of Budgets.
