Email Login Credentials
This page will guide you through the process of sending the login credentials to a Brevity mobile app user.
Introduction
The Email Credentials feature enables the system administrator to notify either a employee, client or provider of their login credentials via an email message.
When issuing login credentials for an employee, it is recommended that this feature be used ONLY for those staff, for example COMMUNITY CARE WORKERS that will be using the mobile application on a daily basis for service delivery. For all other employees, establish login credentials as outlined in the Manage Login topic.
The Set Credentials form allows the system administrator to view employees, client or provider records that have not been assigned a login credential, additionally the form allows for new login credentials to be dispatched to either employees (specifically community care workers), clients or providers.
To ensure either the support worker, client or provider is available for selection within the Set Credentials screen, a valid email address to which their login credentials are receipted must be registered against the record profile. For Support Coordinators, they must also be linked against one or more client records.
The password contained within the email notification is temporary and will need to be updated with one that the support worker, client or provider can remember.
The email notification shall also contain two links for the Brevity Care mobile application. One link is to the Apple App Store, whilst the other is to the Google Play Store.
