Introduction
The first screen that you will see when you log into the Brevity is the Dashboard. The Brevity dashboard promotes best practice by providing business insights leveraged using real-time transactional snapshots, which enables the analysis of trends and provides timely and validated support in business decisions.
User role Dashboards
Brevity supports the design of dashboards that are based on user roles. Using the Brevity dashboard module you can create user role wise dashboards, this explores the way to display role based information on the dashboard.
User role dashboards are established through the Manage Dashboard screen within the system setup menu.
Customisation
The Dashboard can be customised and changed to meet the needs of the business. Refer to the System Dashboards page for additional information and full instructions on how to customise existing product dashboards or establish custom dashboards.

The following is a summary of the data panels that are or can be configured into the Dashboard:
Quotes: Provides you with a snapshot of the leads that have been registered by the organisation but have not yet converted to new business.
Service Schedule Chart: Provides a snapshot of recent shifts with their statuses.
Payroll/Invoicing Tiles: Provides you with a snapshot of (a) shifts with missing time sheets which generally reflected as scheduled service, (b) time sheets that still need to be approved, (c) Service completed that haven't been invoiced, and (d) invoiced service that haven't been marked as paid or cancelled, this reflects the aged debtors element of the invoice process.
Client Funding: Provides you with a snapshot of the funding agreements that are ending, have a low budget, or are coming up for a plan review.
Alerts: Provides either a reminder of compliance or training checks that are due either in relation to your support worker or details related with the client’s service.
Leave: Displays a list of employee leave requests that are awaiting approval.
Incidents: Displays an overview of all incidents in accordance with their status.
Invoices Processed: Applicable with the Plan Manager dashboard this data panel displays approved plan invoices.
Invoices Send for Approval: Applicable with the Plan Manager dashboard this data panel displays plan invoices sent for approval.
Product Add On paid features: These are data panels that support the display of information applicable with paid product add ons'.
Custom data panels: These are data panels that support the display of information that utilise default and custom record views, for example but not limited to clients, plan records, plan budgets, client contacts, support coordination or support coordination budget records.
