Navigating the Employee Position record

This page navigates you through the employee position form.

The following is an outline of the fields and data grids that comprise the Employee Position page:

  • Code: This field is used to input the employee position code.

  • Name: This field is used to input a description of the employee position record that will be selected from the drop down listing within the position field on the employee (user) profile.

  • Min Shift Length: This field is used to set the minimum number hours that an employee assigned to this position will be paid when rostered to a client services. This value can be set.

  • Position Compliance Requirements: This record grid lists the qualifications aligned to the employee position. The Qualifications listed will be reflected within the Compliance record grid with the record header of the employee (user) profile.

  • Restrict Service Types : This field is used to determine whether service types are restricted from the employee within the self-service portal for session creation.

  • Restrict Notes and Funding: This field determines whether clients notes and funding should be hidden for restricted service types.

  • Portal Settings Record grid : This record grid lists the service types that will be available for session (shift) creation.
