Importing Data

This page provides an overview on importing data through use of the Import Data Template.

It is requested that the first line of the import file not be altered as it contains field information used in mapping record data. Altering it will prompt manual data mapping and possible mapping errors. Before undertaking an import of data into Brevity please consult with the support@brevity.com.au to confirm that the selected template can be used for the import of data. Consideration may need to be given with respect to record relationships.

Data can be imported for the majority of generic and client custom records. The import template lists the fields in the data table. The table below lists the generic record that provide access to an import template. For record not listed contact your system administrator or the Brevity Support Team for assistance.
