Brevity Staff On-boarding Module

The Brevity Staff On-boarding Module allows new staff to self-complete their personal information, provide documentation relating to compliance information, as well as review and agree to company policies and procedures.

2. From this area, you can setup as many ‘on-boarding’ templates as you want using the new button

3. Out of the box, we have a new staff on-bording template, which can be customised to suit your needs

4. You can add several steps to the on-boarding template as needed, which staff will see when completing the form.
   
   

    

5. You can invite staff to complete the on-boarding form using the Send Invite button

    

6. This will send them a link to the on-boarding portal, which they can access with their normal Brevity login (or create a login if they haven't already done so)
   
   

    

7. You can easily track progress for invited employees, resend invite/reminder, view responses or unlock completed forms
