Copy a HCP Pricelist

To copy a pricelist record, observe the following steps:

1. Select the Administration>Pricelists sub-menu to open the Service Type List page.

2. Subject to the number of pricelist input the particulars of the pricelist into the search field.

3. Highlight the pricelist record that is to be copied and either click on the edit button or double-click on the Price List record.

4. Click the Copy Pricelist button to replicate the selected pricelist.

5. Updates are permitted on the following pricelist elements:
   
   Pricelist name
Effective from date
Effective to date
Service types
Service type charge rates
