The brevity product IS NOT configured with HCP service types records, due to the absence of a standardised pricelist and naming conventions for HCP services which requires providers to set prices on the HCP services that are provided to clients as well as code and name the client services being offered and invoiced with the clients HCP statement.

Service types are accessed through the Administration>3. Service Types menu. Due to the requirement for HCP service types to be configured into the product it is important that these records are both unique and clearly identified thus allowing for the correct charges and services to be assigned respectively to the HCP pricelist and the HCP clients funding record.
