My Calendar Features

The following is a summary of the key features of navigation within the My Calendar module

1. Import Calendars: This allows you to import the calendar of services into Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Mac OS X Calendar.

2. Calendar Dates Navigation: This allows you to navigate the calendar by weekly periods.

3. Today: This will bring you to the current day and highlight in yellow.

4. Calendar Period: Reflected by a from and a to date, with the date range determined by the value selected from the week/fortnight/month filter, the calendar will list all shifts regardless of status that fall within selected period.

5. Record Session: This allows for shifts to be added into the calendar.

6. Week/Fortnight/Month view: This will list all shifts within the calendar by either week/fortnight/month format.

7. Calendar and shift panel: The calendar will present a listing of services that have been scheduled, completed, pending or cancelled.
