Employee Settings

This page provides a summary of the employee settings that will influence the information presented within the Brevity Self-Serve portal.

Employee type

To allow employees to schedule concurrent services, you will need to ensure that the employee type reflected on the employee profile has been set to Employee - No Shift Clash. If you find that your organisations brevity version is not configured with this employee type please reach out to the Brevity Support Team at support@brevity.com.au.


Portal Settings

For employees assigned to the position of support coordinator, you have an option to restrict through the support coordinator position non-CoS applicable client funding and progress notes. To establish these portal restrictions observe as follows:

  • Include into the portal setting data grid the appropriate CoS service types (example : 01_793_0106_8_3).

  • Restrict Service Types = Yes

  • Restrict Notes and Funding = Yes.

 


Qualification

This restriction is set against employee profile. If you find that your organisations brevity version is not configured with the Support Coordinator qualification please review the Qualification topic.

 

 


Client assignment

This type of restriction will limit the support coordinators client access only to the clients listed within the Care Worker Client data grid.
