This page outlines the structure and the key points features of navigation within the Brevity Self-Service portal schedule board.

Introduction

The Brevity Self-Service portal schedule board provides you with a calendar view of shifts that are scheduled, completed or cancelled for all the clients identified to the nominated staff member who is logged into the portal.

The Brevity Self-Service portal supports the scheduling of new client shifts as well as the cancellation of existing client shifts. Shift cancellation provides you with access to the cancellation policies that have been established through the Brevity Care web application. Additionally a new shift created through the schedule board will create a corresponding timesheet.


 


Adding Shift

 

 

To schedule a new shift for a client through the Brevity Self-Service portal observe the following steps:

  1. Access the Brevity Self Service portal using your allocated login credentials.

  2. Click the Schedule Board Menu to open the Schedule Board.

  3. Navigate to the applicable date.

  4. Select the Add Shift link, located with the top left of the shift panel.

  5. Validate the service date as presented within the Shift date field.

  6. Within the From field Input the start time.

  7. Within the To field Input the end time.

  8. Select the service from the drop down listing that is being delivered.

  9. Select the SAVE SHIFT followed by the OK button, to create the shift.
