On this page, you can see all the reported accidents / incidents that are filed by the employee using the Brevity Mobile App (see Support Worker Apps). You can also create new accidents / incidents on this page if the employee cannot file it using their mobile. You can also change the status of the accident / incident so you can track the progress of the accident / incident.

Creating a New Accident / Incident
To create a new accident / Incident report, click on the +New button
Fill out all the information for the accident / incident. Once done filling out the information, click save to save the accident / incident.
Note
It is necessary to fill out all the fields that has * symbol. You cannot save the new accident / incident if you leave this blank.
Editing the Accident / Incident
If you need to edit or update the accident / incident, click on the accident / incident and then click edit. Alternatively, you can double-click the accident / incident to edit it.
After the changes / editing has been made, click save to save the changes.
Changing the Accident / Incident status
You can change the status of the accident / incident after it has been filed or reported. To do this, click on the status drop-down and select the status of the accident / incident
If you changed the status of the report, it will not show in the list. You can open the report by going to Care management menu then clicking accidents / incidents / complaints (see Accidents / Incidents / Complaints)
