Accidents / Incidents / Complaints
This page shows all the record of the accident / incident / complaint report that has been reported by the employees using the Brevity Mobile app (/wiki/spaces/BS/pages/161022089) and by using the Brevity software (see Client's Accident / Incident Report or Accidents / Incidents). You can go to this page by going to the Care Management Menu and then click Accidents / Incidents / Complaints.
You will see all the list of the accident / incident / complaint that has been filled by the employees and management. You can navigate this page by using these buttons:
- Status Drop-down: You can use this drop-down to sort the list of accident / incident / complaint according to their status.
- +New Button: Clicking this button will create a new accident / incident / complaint report
- Edit Button: You can use this to edit/update an existing accident / incident / complaint report.
- Action Bar: You can use this to do the different task to the accident / incident / complaint report
- Calendar Box: You can use this box to show the accident / incident / complaint report on that date(s).
- Search Box: You can use this box to search for the name of the client.
- Display Box: Using this drop-down menu will specify the number of accident / incident / complaint report that will be shown on the list.
- Checkbox: This box can be used to select an accident / incident / complaint report. Clicking the top checkbox will select all the accident / incident / complaint report.
- Tabs: This show different information for the accident / incident / complaint report. Click one of the tabs will sort the list.
- Page Selector: You can use this to jump to different pages of the list.

Creating a New Accident / Incident / Complaint Report
You can create a new accident / incident / complaint report by clicking on the +New Button.
Fill out all the information for the accident / incident / complaint report. Then click save to save the accident / incident / complaint report
Editing the Accident / Incident / Complaint report
To edit an accident / incident / complaint report, click on the accident / incident / complaint report you want to edit and then click edit. Alternatively, you can double click the accident / incident / complaint report to edit it.
Input the changes to accident / incident / complaint report. You can also change the status of the accident / incident / complaint report. Click save to save the changes
Deleting the Accident / Incident / Complaint Report
There are two ways to delete the report. You can delete the report by clicking on the report you want to delete and then click the delete button.
You can also delete the report by editing the report, then clicking the delete button
