The brevity Publish Brevity publish option allows you to make changes to the schedule and only publish the changes when you are ready. This stops support workers seeing these shifts in the mobile app until you have published them.

You can select the shifts you want to publish and click the publish button to only publish those shifts
You can search for a particular client or staff using the filter to only publish their shifts (do not select any shifts otherwise only selected shifts will be published)
You can publish all shifts in view by not selecting shifts or applying a filter and click the publish button
Once published, the shifts will show in blue, to indicate they are now published for the staff to see in the mobile app.
