Changing the Accident / Incident status

You can change the status of the accident / incident after it has been filed or reported. To do this, click on the status drop-down and select the status of the accident / incident

If you changed the status of the report, it will not show in the list. You can open the report by going to Care management menu then clicking accidents / incidents / complaints (see Accidents / Incidents / Complaints)

Restricting Accident/Incident view for Support Workers & Clients via the Brevity Mobile App 

Brevity allows you to restrict which Accident/Incident reports are visible by Staff and Clients via the Brevity Mobile App. When creating the records via the core Brevity system, these options are defaulted to No. When created by staff via the mobile app, client access is restricted by default. When created by clients via the mobile app, staff access is restricted by default.
