Client's Info contains all the personal information about the client, care workers that is working and not working with the client, client's funding, service templates, and client goals. You can also do several tasks in relation with the Client's record which can be found on the page toolbar. 

On the upper left you will see the Client's Name. The format of client's name is Lastname, Firstname - ClientID. If you want to upload the client's picture, you could click on the gray icon to upload the client's picture.

From the left side of the page toolbar, you can see the save and close buttons. 

  1. Save Button: This Button let you save the changes within the client's record.

  2. Close Button: Clicking on this button will close the client's record and redirecting you to the client's list


From the right side of the page toolbar, you can do different task for the client's record.

  1. Form: This button will let you create the care plan of the client. 

  2. Client Profile: This button will let you see the client's profile.

  3. Manage Login: This button lets you setup the Brevity App username and password of the client.

  4. Deactivate: Deactivate button lets you deactivate the client's profile. Deactivating the client's profile means that the client is not active anymore. This will also remove any shifts that are not completed or cancelled, and will deactivate related Client Funding records.

  5. Communications: This button lets you create a communication task like email, sms, phone call, task and meeting.

  6. Notes: This button let you create a notes in relationship with the client. The created notes can be seen from the Recent Communication and notes from the summary section.

  7. Documents: This button lets you upload documents for the client like word documents and pictures.

  8. Delete: Delete button lets you delete the client's record. If you delete the client's record, you cannot retrieve the client's record.

  9. +New: This button lets you create a new client record. 


On this page, it has a summary section where it displays important details of the client like their condition, address, contact details, documents, notes, and service summary.

You can assign care workers (Adding and removing care worker assigned to a client), care workers not to use for the client (Adding and removing Workers NOT to be assigned to a client).


You can also set up the client's funding (Client Funding information), and set up the client's service template (Service Template)

Client Goals tracks the progress of the client during each shift and you can create a record for the progress under the client goals section. (See Brevity Goal Management)

Main Branch

This field is used when you want to assign the client to a specific branch. There should be 2 or more branches in your branch list if you wanted to select a branch for the client.
