Employee's Leave Periods



On this page, you can see the leave(s) that have been filled by the employees using Brevity mobile app, Support Worker App (see Support Worker Apps) or filled by the Brevity Administrator. You can also create a leave, approve or reject a leave on this page.

Creating a Leave

Click on the +New button to create an employee's leave. 


Fill out all the information for the leave. You need to fill up the fields that have the * sign. Click save once done filling out the leave information.

Editing the leave

To edit the leave, click on the leave you want to edit then click the edit button. Alternatively, you can double-click the leave you want to edit. You can also use the search box if you want to search for the leave


Edit the leave information you want to change. On this page, you can also set the status of the leave to awaiting approval, approved or rejected. 

Click the save button to save changes for the employee's leave

Setting the Employee's Leave Status

You can set the status of the employee's leave so that the employee could know if their leave request is accepted or rejected by looking at the leave request from the Brevity Mobile App. 


Click on the employee's leave record that you want to change the status and click on the edit button. You can also Double click on the employee's leave record that to edit it. 


Under the Employee Services section, it will list all the employee's shift for the leave period. If you approve the employee's leave, all the employee's service schedule that has been assigned to the employee will be removed from the employee. If you rejected the employee's leave, the employee's service schedule will be retained. Click on the status drop down to set the status of the leave. Click on save button to save the status of the leave.
