The following is an outline of the fields and objects that comprise the Travel and Transport Setting page.
Set as Default for new Shifts - You could use this option if you wanted to set the travel / transport rate for all the new shifts that will be created in you Brevity.
Update Uninvoiced Shift - You could use this option to update the travel / transport rate for all the shift that hasn’t been invoiced yet.
From Date - This will be the start date when Brevity will be updating the travel / transport rate.
Default Travel Rate - Using this option will set the default travel distance rate of the service schedule.
Default Travel time - Using this option will set the travel time for all the shifts. Please take note that All Shift from the from date will have a travel time.
Default Transport Rate - Using this option will have the default Transport Rate for all service schedule.
Max Travel Kms - You could use this field to set the Maximum Travel KMS for the service type from the list. Click on apply button to set the max travel of the service type.
Max Travel Time - This will set the maximum travel time that you could charge to the client. Click on the Apply button to set the maximum travel time of the service type.
Max Transport Kms - You could use this field to set the maximum transport Km that you could bill to the client. Click on apply button to apply the max transport for the service type.
Save button - You need to click on the save button to save the changes for the max values for the travel Km, travel time and transport Km.
Service type: This datagrid lists the active service types that are maintained within Brevity. The Service types listed can be filtered by specifying the particulars of the service type or the applicable service type category. To edit one or more service lines click the tick box to enable the line(s) for editing.
Search Box: This field is used to search for and filter the service types that are listed within the datagrid.
