How to update a user's login password?

The username is managed within the Employee record via the Manage Login button on the toolbar. The password is encrypted on the database, so it can be updated but never viewed once saved.

The user will also need to be assigned a role to be able to access the system.

To manage the user's login to the system, from within the Employee record, click the Manage Login button.



From here you can set the user's login details as well as their Role. If you set their Role to Support Worker Apps Only, they will only be able to login via the support worker apps to view their roster.

 

Change your Password

You are able to change your password once logged into the Brevity Core app. The Change Password is available by clicking your name in the top right, then selecting the Change Password option.

 

You will need to re-enter your existing password for security reasons and elect a new password.
