Fixing the error Staff not Available (work day)

If you see an error from your schedule board that shows, Staff not available (work day), then you could follow this guide on how to fix it.

 

 


Changing the employee’s work days / hours

 

 

You need to change the employee’s work days / hours from the employee’s profile. Under the work days section, please make sure that the service schedule is within the work hours / days that is specified from their profile. If the service schedule is not within the work days / hours, it will show you this error.

 

Once you have changed the work days details, click on save to save the changes for the work days / hours.

 

 


Recalculating the service schedule

Once you have changed the work days, you need to recalculate the service schedule so Brevity could check for the work days / hours that you have changed.

 

Click on the service schedule that has an error from the schedule board. The service schedule will have a red background to let you know that it has been selected.

 

Click on the calculator icon on the lower left portion to recalculate the shift.

 

The service schedule will turn into scheduled status to let you know that the shift has been fixed.

 

You could click on the gray icon on the left side of the client / employee’s name to select all the shift from the view and then click on the recalculate icon from the lower left to bulk recalculate the shift from the view.
