Client's Accident / Incident Report
If the employee reported an accident / incident with the client using the Brevity mobile app (/wiki/spaces/BS/pages/161022089), it will be listed under this page. You can also create an accident/incident report on this page.
Click on the Accidents / Incidents tab under the Client's Quick Link to access the Accident / Incident page.
The lists above are pending Accident / Incidents reports that do not have any action.

Creating a New Report
You can create a report by clicking on the +New button.
Fill out all the information for the report. The type field is the type of report you want to create. Click save to save the report.
Editing the report
If you need to edit the report, click on the report and click the edit button. Alternatively, you can double click the report that you want to edit.
Apply the changes in the report. Click the save button to save the changes in the report.
If you changed the status of the report, it will not show in the list. You can open the report by going to the Care management menu then clicking accidents / incidents / complaints (see Accidents / Incidents / Complaints)
Deleting the report
If you want to delete a report, click on the report that you want to delete and click the delete button
