Resending user's login details

Please note that the user’s password will be reset before it is sent to the user as password’s are encrypted within Brevity. Please only send to users that request their login credentials to avoid them being locked out of the app

The easiest way to send the login details for both Client’s and Employee’s, is via the Email Credential button on the Client and Employee list screens (navigate to Clients > Clients or Employees > Employees depending on which you want to resend credentials for).

Within the popup you will want to select All Accounts.

You can then search for the account, select the user from the list, then click the Continue button to resend them their login details.

This will resend the login details to the email address registered on the profile within Brevity…
