Employee's Login Credentials

The employee’s login credential function is a feature from Brevity will it will generate an automated username and password for your employee that doesn’t have a login detail. Brevity will email them a temporary username and password so the employee could set their username and password.

You could access this by going to Employee from the main menu and then click on employee from the sub menu.

On the list of employees, click on email credentials to see all the employee that you wanted to send their login credentials

This will give you the list of employee that doesn’t have any login details. Click on the box from the left side of the employee record and then click on the continue button to send temporary login details for the employee. The employee should have a valid email address so it will be sent to the employee’s email address.

They will receive an email from alert@brevity.com.au that will show them their temporary login.

 

They just need to install the mobile app from their mobile phone. They need to use the code and the temporary username and password that has been sent from their email.

Once they have logged in from the app, it will let them change their username and password. Once they have set this, they could log in using the username and password that they have previously set. They need to use the same code from their email.
