Adding a Service Template to a Client
In the Clients Menu, select the Clients tab to search for the client information to be edited (Refer to Editing Client information guide for searching a client),
In the lower right of the Client information, select the "Add Icon" beside the Service Templates information,
The Service Template window will pop-up, verify the Template information and then select the "Save Button"

Deleting a client's service template
In the Clients Menu, select the Clients tab to search for the client information to be edited (Refer to Editing Client information guide for searching a client),
In the lower right of the Client information, Slide the "Horizontal Slide Bar" of the Service Templates information and select the "Delete Icon" of the corresponding Template to be deleted. Select the "Save Button" once done.
Editing client's Service Template information
In the Clients Menu, select the Clients tab to search for the client information to be edited (Refer to Editing Client information guide for searching a client),
In the lower right of the Client information, double-click the Service Template information to be edited
Select the "Save Button" after changing necessary information.
Adding Items to a Service Template
In the Clients Menu, select the Clients tab to search for the client information to be edited (Refer to Editing Client information guide for searching a client),
In the lower right of the Client information, double-click the Service Template information to be edited.
In the Service Template window, Select the "Plus Icon" in the Items tab.
Fill-out the necessary information in the Items window and select the "Save Button" to save the Item.
Deleting and Duplicating an Item in a Service Template profile

In the lower right portion of the Client information, double-click the Service Template profile to be edited,
In the Items tab, Slide the "Horizontal Slide Bar" and select the "Delete Icon" of the corresponding Item to be deleted. Select the "Save Button" once done
*Duplicating an Item in the Service Template Profile*
In the Service Template Window, Slide the "Horizontal Slide Bar" and select the "Duplicate Icon" of the corresponding item to be duplicated. Select the "Save Button" once done.
Editing an Item in a Service Template Profile
In the Clients Menu, select the Clients tab to search for the client information to be edited (Refer to Editing Client information guide for searching a client),
In the lower right of the Client information, double-click the Service Template information to be edited
In the service Templates window, double-click the Item to be edited,
Complete all the necessary changes in the Items window and select the "Save Button" to save the changes.
Creating a Service Schedule
In the Clients Menu, select the Clients tab to search for the client information to be edited (Refer to Editing Client information guide for searching a client),
In the lower right of the Client information, double-click the Service Template information to be edited
In the Service Template Window, select the "Create Service Schedule Button" in the upper right portion of the window and the Service Schedule window will come-up,
Select the Start and End date in the "Drop-Down Calendar" of the service Schedule then click on the checkbox that you want to schedule. Select the "Create Button"to create the service schedule. Select the "Close Button" at the upper right corner to close the window
