Introduction

The Brevity product features a Chatbot that enables you to chat with a support agent and search for information within the Online Knowledge base.

To access the Chatbot, click the icon shown below, which is located at the bottom right of the application interface.

To close down the Chatbot click the following icon.

Searching the Knowledge base

To search for an article in the Online Knowledge Base, enter your inquiry in the 'Find the Answer' field and press Enter. To clear your request, click the X. To open a topic from the results, click on the hyperlinked topic.
